Workshop

How do children truly experience the library — and how can we design spaces that genuinely serve them? In this participatory workshop, diverse stakeholders come together to explore children's needs and co-create innovative library solutions. Using 7 kid personas as a shared foundation, participants move through four hands-on phases: empathizing with children's journeys, identifying pain points, ideating spatial layouts with modular block cards, and building rapid 3D paper prototypes. Playful yet purposeful, this workshop blends design thinking with creative making. Leave with concrete ideas, new collaborators, and a fresh lens for imagining the future library experience.
