Participation is open through ticket purchase via our registration link. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Early bird tickets are available for €250 until April 1st. If tickets sell out, you can join the waiting list, and we’ll contact you if a spot becomes available. Next Library Satellite Seoul will take place at Community House Masil and its surrounding area in Myeong-dong. Myeong-dong has long been a symbolic gathering place for civic exchange, and the neighborhood is filled with cafés, bookstores, restaurants, galleries, and a variety of accommodations. A list of recommended hotels will be provided when ticket sales open in February, but you are welcome to book your preferred accommodation beforehand.

Unfortunately, there is no funding available from Next Library Satellite Seoul. All participants are responsible for their own expenses, including conference registration, hotel accommodations, and travel. However, those whose proposals are selected receive up to two free festival tickets.

The pre-events such as site visits on Days 1–2 are optional, but the sessions and main programs on Days 3–4 require full participation.

The festival is held in English. We don’t provide full translation, but if you have language needs, send us an email via nextlibraryseoul@see-art.org.
